  • SSK-CUG concept was born back when we learn to “Dimitrie Bolintineanu High School” in Bucharest.
  • On that one I wanted, when I knew about computers just as there started looking for ways to represent the global realities of the records on paper, through complex charts and tables. The main objective you have two issues
    • to highlight the unique place each element in the knowledge
    • to emphasize the connections and relationships between elements

  • At that time we established a “golden rule of dictionaries”. All words in a dictionary should be linked closely, as in mathematics. Each term should be strictly defined using previously defined terms. Such a dictionary is a single, integrated, whose field is completely determined – „silver rule of dictionaries” (all terms, words and expressions in the field of dictionary should be in it). Dictionary should be completed regularly every five years, by editing facsimiles update that changes may occur in the old terms.
  • SSK-CUG was publicly released in spring 2005 “Foisor Castle” in Sinaia Peles on the field at the invitation of ARIES and the “European IST” project (closed today), funded by the EU 6th Framework Programme – the initiative CORDIS EC. The participants were academic institutions, institutes and companies with activities in research in Central and Eastern Europe, but not exclusively. Participation SSK-CUG (SMGCMti – at that time) was done under the auspices of “Marketing IT” from Bucharest and presented in English by Andrei Alexandru Niculescu.
  • Presentation was resumed in May 2005 at the invitation ARIES all within the “ist-Bonus” (closed) also funded by FP6. Participants were also institutions and organizations with research in Europe.
  • Last public presentation of the program was hosted by CCIRMB (at that time) at the invitation of IMT at ROMNET-ERA seminar was dedicated to research in Romania.
  • In 2009 the program SSK-CUG was launched on the web on a page of portal ‘EU-RO-MODERN – to modernize and spiritual patrimony of Romania “- RO9.e11.ro (now closed project web page was being moved in this section).
